Vanitas Beauty was created and founded by Amber Younghans. Amber briefly tattooed in Florida where she grow up but soon left the industry to pursue other paths. Although she stepped away Amber always had a passion for the tattoo world. She later revisited the industry in 2018. Amber now has her tattoo license in New Jersey, New York City, and Florida. She is an award winning artist, an active member of the APT, and a platinum trainer with the AAM. and an active member of the APT

Amber has always had a passion for art and has been involved in the art world for most of her life. In 2016 she earned a bachelors degree in fashion design and a minor in art history at the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology. While working in both the fashion design industry and makeup industry Amber trained with some of the world’s most acclaimed artists such as, Lucky Brand, Michael Kors, Zana Bayne, Pro Bridal with The Kat Von D Artistry Collective, Special FX with the world renowned Ve Neil. Amber’s beauty and design work has been featured in magazines such as W, WWD, featured on various brands social media, and various websites. Makeup and Design has always been a passion of Ambers however, she felt that her creativity was not being utilized to its fullest capacity in the corporate design world. To pursue a more creative career she dived into tattooing full time.

Amber also has a strong passion for the permanent makeup industry. She has many certifications in the permanent makeup industry. Having an eye for symmetry and balance, her goal is to enhance and highlight her clients natural beauty. Using her extensive skill set from the beauty, tattoo, and the design industry she creates the most exquisite results for her clients.
